I haven't been able to sleep since 3 days and I am having a severe headache, depressed due to many reasons, tried multiple home remedies, but didn't work, what to do? Please help me!

Warm regards lack of sleep can be really frustrating and is a welcome board for a series of health hazards. At your age sleep of minimum 7 hrs is a must. Try these tips 1. Drink a glass of plain milk before going to bed. 2. Avoid caffeinated beverages or drinks in evening, for eg. Tea, coffee etc. 3. Also do light exercises in morning. 4. Do deep breathing 27 times before sleeping. 5. You can listen to calm soothing music while sleeping. 6. Avoid daytime sleep. If all these doesn't help consult me and we will find a solution using medicines.
