I want to erase my bitter past sequences that had happened to me. But I could not do so. What should I want to do to erase those happenings?

If you try to forget something, it's memory becomes stronger, because while trying to forget it you are actually revising it! ignore the thoughts and feelings associated with the event. Do not talk about it with people. Distract yourself with another thought or memory if it recurs. The memory will gradually fade away. Once it stops bothering you, you can analyze and come to terms with your past in a healthy way. It is impossible to completely erase a memory from the brain.
