I am 25 years old female and I am overweight since a long time. Have tried everything but my weight is not losing. My overall weight is 65kgs and height is 5.3 inches. Please provide me a suitable diet chart that I can easily follow and loose my weight. Please help.

Low fat diet. Do not be empty stomach. Eat light food. Metabolise what you eat through exercises or walk. Early dinner is advised.

Hi lybrate-user uaer take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.
