I have been suffering from digestion problems for the past 2 years. I am a regular late riser and that's why can not eat my breakfast. So I have to go straight for my lunch. Even I do not eat junk foods. But someday if I have a heavy dinner, it becomes very problematic for me. I have previously been suggested to take pills (e. G. Pan D or DOMPAN). Does the problem require serious medical attention? It's been 2 years though.

You need to regulate your sleep and meal timings. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and dinner has to be the lightest. You cannot sleep on a heavy stomach. That should help you solve majority of your problem.

See you need to change your routine first and go for some ayurvedic medicines for proper digestion. It is not a serious issue now but can be harmful on long run.
