Hi, I'm actively walking every morning for about 4 km. But every night before sleeping I get strong pain on both of my lower legs and it has already taken a month. So my wife massage with oil and then I keep a warm bottle on my legs to get some relief. Kindly help.

stop walking and start with strengtgning exercise ...your legs muscles seems to be weak .start with stationarg cycle
