My wife had neck pain AND CERVICAL LYMPHADENOPATHY for 2 months and since 1 month she is on AKT4. DURING TREATMENT SHE DEVELOPED TORTICOLLIS AND NOW UNABLE TO SUPPORT HER NECK. MRI DONE MULTI LEVEL INVOLVEMENT BUT NO NEUROLOGICAL DEFICIT. PLS ADVISE.

The reason for cervical lymphadenopathy is infection. Having said that she is now on akt 4 I presume that she was investigated prior to starting anti tuberculosis medication. However. The treatment for the torticollis is analgesic therapy, muscle relaxants. Gels. Physio and exercises. Ultrasound therapy will help for sure.
