I have a tooth that aches. It has a cavity. The doctor I saw previously told me that the it's not my permanent tooth and that it is falling out. But it's been around 3 months and dere are no signs of it getting out. Is it the cavity that causes pain?

Yes, a cavity will cause you pain in tooth. Having a milk tooth at this age can be a problem. I would advice you to take another opinion and get the milk tooth removed.

U have to go for dental xray first. And see tat the permeanent teeth will erupt or not. And if its saws tat it will come out thn you have to extract the milk teeth.
