I have started smoking in 2011 now I can not quit it. I do not know whats happening I really wanna quit please help me. Give me some tips.

Ask yourself" why? you need to quit and" motivate yourself" 2. Try nicotine gums" they will ease up process" 3. When you have craving" talk to your loved ones" 4. Stop stressing and give yourself a break. 5. Adapt healthy habits/ exercise or yoga! 6. Health raw healthy food 7. Reward yourself for leaving each cigarette" be more happier" I hope I could help.
