Start meditation and yoga read fictional novels brisk walk manage your time by maintaining your time table diary. Write good thoughts and achievements in a diary talk to your frndz pets also reduce your stress start socialising to improve your confidence start speaking in the groups to reduce your anxiety. Do not substitute your speech by gestures. Practice speaking to yourself in front of a mirror. And try your improve your confidence by following your routine work in a time. Take care!
