I am 65 year male is unfit 100%. Suffering from last 25 years back pain, knee pain, fractured right tibia was operate in 2010. Also suffering sourices and phrostate pain. Cramps also.

At your age, mainstay if management is physical therapy, anti inflammatory medication which are safe for your body and adequate calcium and vitamin d metabolism initially.
