I am very slim and I eat daily a boiled egg to get body. But I didn't see any changes. Can you help me to get body?

Hi have a glass of milk and arise banana along with egg. Eat lots of fruits and vegitables. Drink mutton soup. Include potato, dal, pea etc in your diet. You can also do some workouts which helps to increase muscles under guidenes. Thank you.
