Dear, your bmi is 21.1 slightly on a lower side but you are falling in normal body weight category. You can gain muscle mass by having protein rich diet. Do not go for any otc products, you can have a couple of eggs every day for breakfast along with regular intake of dal, fresh salads and milk products. Best of luck.
