I am 46 yrs, male. My fasting was 198 and pp was 342. After 15 days, it comes down 102 and 154 respectively after taking diabetes food and morning walk without medicine. No one is sugar patient in my generation. It is also first time for me. I am 5 feet 6 inches and weighted 76 kgs. Have to take any medicines for my Diabetes? Or only Morning walk and diet control are sufficient for me?

Till such time your food and exercise is controlling your sugars, you need not worry about medicine. Over a period of time, if there is insulin resistance or production of insulin goes down, then medicines may have to be started.
