My age is 45 and I am over weight my obesity is there. My weight is 72kg. I want to become slim and reduce my weight and obesity and I want to look like 20s so pls help me what can I do?

Salad and vegetables. - avoid fried and oily foods fatty food likes butter. Purified butter. Whole milk yogurt and chocolates -it is very important to engage daily exercise. Yoga pranayama.
