I am a 29 year old female and is overweight. My height is 5.2 and weight is 75 kilos. I am a working lady and a mother so whole day I have to work a lot. I even do brisk walking every day for 2 km. Dont eat spicy food. And dont have thyroid. Still I am not loosing weight. I want to lose weight. Please help.
