I am 23year old boy. My body fitness approximately normal and fit. But day by day the belly is becoming more fatty and the size becomes increase. So, how can I maintain it normal or fit.

You should go for brisk walk in the morning and evening for an hour, you should take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Consumption of plenty of water to be ensured. Take salad before meals. Don't use table salt. Avoid junkfood. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

Hi lybrate-user to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.
