Sir, I am suffering from rectum pain. I have consulted doctor before 2-3 months; that time they said that It was not piles, only there is uneven surfaces on my rectum wall was noticed. They gave me some capsule like medicine to insert in rectum. But it didn't get cured. And I am still feeling pain in my rectum/ anus in all day; sometimes severe; I need your kind help and suggestion about which ointment to use and which medicine to take. Thanks a lot Sir!

I'm unable to conclude by the term uneven surfaces in anorectal region, it could be internal piles or a growth, you need to visit a proctologist to have a proper diagnosis for proper targeted treatment. If proctologist does not find any cause, then you may be having proctalgia fugax, where some have pain inspite of not having any problems. I'm sorry I can't prescribe any medicine except xylocaine 5% gel/ ointment for local application with applicator until you have a confirmed diagnosis.
