I am 24 years old women suffering from panic attacks and fainting from past 2 months. Recently I have noticed my fear towards other humans being as friends apart from my small circle. I need to know the reason behind my fainting?

You have solved your problem by identifying it, how many women admit that they are suffering from panic attacks? they come to doctor with vague symptoms and it becomes difficult for doctor to diagnose-reason so many tests are asked for. My suggestion is do not run away from fear but face it with courage without making a fool of yourself, you can practice doing so in front of a mirror at home. Do stay away from negative, judgemental and critical people, thses perfect types can generate fear psychosis and self doubt in me too. Take care and no medicines.
