I am 29 years old female having 66 kg body weight I am upset with my weight. I have also so many pigmentation marks on face. I am too worried regarding my weight and pigmentation kindly suggest how can I decrease my weight and can reduce the pigmentation marks.

I could like to know your height. Lifestyle modification is must. Drink plenty of fluid, consume plain nuts & whole fruits like papaya, grapes, orange, cucumber, etc & plenty of watery vegetables.
