Dear Ms. Lybrate-user ji, first of all, you are over weight as per bmi index (ratio of height and weight). Just stop eating junk/fast food, reduce your weight first then do some yoga/exercise in the morning, some sports activity in the evening. Slowing you will get more fitness.
