I am 33years old. I just had a miscarriage and will be planning next pregnancy in 3 months. Is it advisable to take apple cider vinegar?

You should avoid next pregnancy for 6 months from the last abortion. Chances of repeat abortion or pretem delivery increases if one becomes pregnant within 6 months of miscarriage. Also if abortion/ miscarriage was caused by any viral infection, then it will get cured automatically within 3 months time. Use contraception for 6 months. Best one to use are oral contraceptive pills. Pasteurized apple cider vinegar can be safely consumed during pregnancy or while getting pregnant, while uncertainties exists in case of the unpasteurized apple cider vinegar.
