Hi, I am not getting enough sleep daily. Please tell me how to increase my sleeping time.

Avoid day time sleep. Avoid tea coffee in late evening and after, do that and meditation. 10pm to 6 am is perfect timing to sleep.

Hi, avoid taking any caffeine after 7 pm. Take a warm bath before sleep. Sip on warm milk before retiring. Avoid watching tv serial. Instead, listen to soft music before going to bed. Meditation at bed time would also help. All the best.
