I have a desk job and in the last 2 years. My weight gone up from 75 kgs 80 kgs. I want to lose my weight. Please! help me.

Stop eating refined flour and sugar if you are eating that like maida and sweets. Eat more of fibrous foods likes oats, wheat bran, sprouts, broccoli. Drink coconut water daily and use coconut oil as good fat for cooking. Also try zumba as interesting workout to burn calories and gain strenght.
