Hi! if you do not fall ill regularly you are healthy. Eat a well balanced diet, with more of carbs that will help you in weight gain. Exercise with weights and take protein diet with it. All the best.

Add more healthy and complex carbohydrates like, oats, wholewheat, grams, sweet potato etc also, proteins like broccoli, sprouts, pulses and beans. Whole fruits like banana, apples, grapes etc. Use coconut oil as good fat. Drink coconut water daily. Say no to fruit juice, maida and sweets.
