I am 20 years old and my weight is only 37 m too underweight and I want to gain weight by 50 within 1 year what should I do?

Please try to correct your appetite first. Try drinking water boiled with jeera (cumin seeds) or dried ginger. Please try to drink milk everyday. And also try to include ghee, butter etc. In your diet. Try to have protein rich diet like different varieties of pulses, egg, non veg if you can. It's good to have chyavanaprash daily before food with milk.
