You can start having early and light dinner i. E. Your dinner should be before 8 pm. Have more fibre that means more fruits, vegetables, soup and salad. Try to cut down on cereals for dinner. Increase your water intake 8-10 glasses per day. Eat 5-6 small meals rather than 2-3 big meals. Have low fat milk. Avoid fat, sugar and alcohol.
