My wife is a pregnant of 9 months. What she should follow things, how the diet should be, how the exercise should be. Kindly guide us with appropriate feedback to have a healthy normal delivery.? Thanks in advance.

Provided she does not have any other complications in pregnancy like blood pressure or diabetes in pregnancy she can do all the routine work she had already been doing. She should not exert herself unduly. Avoid any food that causes vomiting because it means that it is not good for her. Let her eat a lot of fibre like green leafy vegetables and fruits, raisins etc to avoid constipation. Avoid sex after 9 month.
