Dear Sir I am suffering from hair fall and severe dandruff problem, itching from last 10 years, which has led to baldness on top of the scalp. Have tried different ayurvedic oils, shampoo and medicines but nothing has stopped the hair fall and dandruff. The hairs are thick on both side of the scalp but has become bald on the top portion. Small hairs are present on top of the the scalp. Sir please guide me what to do so that I can regrow my hair permanently and solve the dandruff problem. Please tell me the medicines which I can take. I have done all the blood test and everything is normal and I am not consuming extra salt diet. Age: 28 Blood Group: O.

Please use coconut oil which helps eliminate dandruff due to its anti-fungal properties. It also moisturizes dry scalp and provides relief from itching. 1. Take some coconut oil and mix half the amount of lemon juice in it. 2. Rub it on your scalp and massage for a few minutes. 3. Wash your hair after at least 20 minutes. 4. Follow this remedy two to three times a week.
