I am of age 20 I am delivered it's being 4 months have been delivered to reduce my tummy and reduce my body wait and I became dark during my pregnancy weight to do please help me for this.

Do take balance diet and only 4 times a day which should be very healthy including fruits nuts/milk/egg/chicken daily. However you need to do treadmill at least 30-45 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can.
