Hello as per your ht your weight is higher so you should consume more fibrous foods like whole grains, fruits, veggies, salads. Make sure water consumption is at least 2-3 lts or more s per sweating & weather conditions. Have small, frequent meals & chew properly & eat slowly. Do simple stretching exercises as warm up & simple walking for 20-30 mins everyday. Avoid jogging at present.
