This cream contains a few ingredients which, if used injudiciously, may lead on to a large number of side effects. You should stop using this cream. Continue to use sunscreen. A photograph of your condition will be needed for specific diagnosis and treatment.

Hi, I suggest you go to a cosmetic dermatologist for a proper cleanup. Please stop the cream. A sunscreen is always advisable to prevent further damage to the skin. Alternatively you can use tomato paste on your face and neck for 20 minutes everyday.
