I have to ask something about my friend's problem. He is 23 years old with 60kg weight and 5'7" height. He is having tonsils from 2 3 months. Also he is suffering from cold cough and fever again and again after few days. Please suggest me remedies for this and for gaining some healthy weight.

Gargling with warm salt water is an effective way to treat a sore throat. Salt can even help kill the bacteria or virus causing pharyngitis. 1. Mix three teaspoons of salt (preferably sea salt) in two cups of warm water. 2. Gargle with this solution. Do not swallow it. Spit the water out after gargling. 3. Do this several times daily for one to two days. Also take deep acting homeopathic medicines to eradicate the susceptibility of catching cold easily. For good health eat healthy. Avoid sedentary life. Do exercise.
