My wait is increased very early and I feel so lazy. What I can do to remove my wait. And my stomach is always not to feel good.

There are many reasons behind weight gain. Overeating, frequent junk food intake, sedentary lifestyle, etc. But thyroid harmone defiency may lead to wt. Gain & lethargy. You are advised to go for certain investigation like thyroid profile, sgpt, b. Sugar, sgpt, sgot, lipid profile, revert with reports. You can start with lifestyle modification, exercise/ walking 30-45 min. Daily. Take diet low in fat, oils, sugar, rich in fibres. Avoid food items like bakery product, sweets, namkeen, soft/ hard drinks etc.
