I have not comfortable to see and my eyes becomes red and sometimes my beli is loose motion today.

Please visit your ophthalmologist and get your glasses today. Regarding the loose motions, better out then in. Keep urself hydrated, if its under control. But if it's causing weakness then definitely medications required.
