My lower back is aching when I spend too much time sitting or even when I bend over. I feel like my back is tired. It is actually on the left side of the lower back. I have tried many things but the pain does not go away. What should I do?

Dear user, you have postural back pain. Correct your posture first. Sit/stand straight. When you sit on chair, place pillow on back. If your bed mattress is soft, change it. It should be hard. Do spinal extensors strengthening exercises. Never get up straight. Always get up with side lying position. You can also take heat therapy and pain relieving gel. Do it for 5 days and revert me.
