Dear mam, Sinuses are very common especially in pollen season as for now. Lack of sleep due to clogged sinuses with headache aggravates fatigue and low energy. A decoction of Tulsi, black pepper, dried ginger, cinnamon and jaggery will help you open the clogged sinuses, improve mucous secretion and boost immunity.
