My sgot/ast level is 43 u/l and sgpt/alt is 56u/l, triglycerides level is 205 mg/dl and non hdl cholesterol level is 173 mg/dl. My weight is 105 kgs are there signs of liver damage or liver disease? And how do I reduce my cholesterol, sgot and sgpt at same time? My age is 28 years male.
