I had my intestine operated one month ago. Right now if I don't eat food for one day the next day if I eat anything I feel like waiting and unable to eat anything what should I do to stop feeling like this.

In post operative situation you shouldn't do fasting. You should take small and frequent meal throughout the day. A balanced healthy food is all you need. Increase your protein by taking egg white milk products like dahi/chena, fish. More vegetables and fruits in diet. Try to have boiled food or as much as less oil in cooking. Avoid spicy, oily, refined, red meat and all fatty foods. Hope you soon overcome the problem. Best of luck.
