I am 25 years old. I have polycystic problem, my weight is 78kgs. I was dieting for last 2 months. But weight loss only 1.5 kg. Pls help me how to diet for polycystic problem & want to have result soon.

Well a proper diet plan is necessary to reduce weight properly and very important to do workout. Cut down your cereals, oils from daily diet. Include more vegetables, salads and fruits. At dinner skip your cereals and take only veg/non veg preparation with salad dressing.
