Hello! My friends age is about 18 years old. His height is 4.9-5 feet. Sir he want to join zym BT at first he want to take advice from any good doctor that if he join gym he think his growing height will be stopped. Should he can join the zym. please sir advice him.

Hello... He can join gym but do only height increasing exercises... He can do jumping, skipping, jogging like exercises..... He can also take homoeopathic medicine to increase height.. These medicines do not have any side effects.... If he want to take medicine he can consult me...... Also tell him to take all dairy products and protein shakes....... Good luck....
