I am getting infection and spots on face and body quite frequently. My brother say it is a sign of less immunity level. What should I do.

Dear lybrate-user hormonal changes in the teen years are very common leading to hyperactivity of the oil and sweat glands of the face and body. This may result in frequent outbursts of acne, and folliculitis. It is important to wash your face with medicated cleansers and apply topical creams for the spots. These medications must be prescribed by a dermatologist. Your dermatologist may also recommend you some treatments depending on the severity of your spots. Avoid food with high calories and replace them with plenty of water, fresh fruits and green vegetables.
