I am 70 yrs old and suffering parkinson's, beside this I am loosing my weight ie from 72 kg to 49 kg since last 10 yrs. please advise.

It is common in elderly people. Especially in parkinson's, since they eat less and are not able to exercise to maintain muscle bulk. If you have not lost > 10% of your original weight in past 6 months, then do not worry about it. Nothing much can be done. You can try as much exercise and physiotherapy as possible to maintain muscle bulk. If you have lost more than the above said amount, then you have to undergo detailed evaluation to identify whether any other illnesses are present.
