Recurrent fever with high leucocyte counts at interval of every one month may be due to frequent infection. In this age 6-8 infections in a year is common as the immune system is not fully developed. But if infection is severe enough to cause hospital admission or prolong illness proper evaluation should be done. I would be better able to answer if history is provided in detail. Regards.
