Khana band karne se aur khaana kum kar dene se wajan ulta badhta hai.
Ek waqt pe kam khaye.
Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le.
Khane se pehle Ek glass garam limboo ka pani le.
Bahar ki khane ki cheze band kar de.
Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal le.
Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan kabhi nahi badhega.
Wyayam hafte mein 4 din kare.
Diet ke naam pe ghee, tel, roti, fal chod doge tho kamjor hoge lekin charbi kam nahi hogi.
