I am 18 years. Old Now a days I don't feel hungry and eat very less. I feel laziness all the day. What should I do ?

Hi eat your meals on time and at regular intervals. Avoid junk foods tea coffee alcohol and smoking. Drink plenty of fluids. Do some activity like swimming or aerobics or some team games or jogging whatever you enjoy at least thrice a week. Be active and if still you feel lacking in energy levels you may need to get some tests done.
