Hi. My age 30yrs, i'm a driver During my duty time, I drink a litre bottle of coconut water rather than food (rice) is it good r bad because lack of time can't spend time lunch break. Please suggest me than.

Hye. That is not at all a good option. Coconut water can be a snack but lunch has to be a wholesale meal of a cereal, vegetable protein. If difficult you can carry a roti roll or roti jaggery. Even poha or upma or oats will do. This is easy to manage.
