I have started going to gym since a week. I have got my diet plan but I don't feel it's working cz I feel hungry Even after eating as prescribed. I want to know about a good diet plan for weight loss cz I have some events to attend on 1st week of May bcz of which I joined gym. Please help me with d a good diet which includes to eat foods dat I used to and reduce weight.

Every diet is customised as per person's body type to give the maximum benefit, better would be to talk to the dietitian who gave you the diet so that necessary changes can be done as per your needs. In short you should avoid all forms of sweets and sugar, fruit juices, cold drinks, refined carbohydrates, and have sufficient amount of protein, don't skip meals and have early dinner which should be light.
