Hello doctor, My weight is decreasing day by day now my weight is only 39 kg and I am 25 year old, what should I do?

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday. After this if you weight remain same. It means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i. E thyroid profile.
