I am facing a problem that after having my dinner I have to awake about two hours. What should I do to sleep early? I take my dinner a 10.30 pm.

After dinner sit straight for ten minutes and take a brisk walk for half an hour and than take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.
