Hello I have query for some days I noticed that my stamina is going down I am tired after coming from office or other places feel so lazy what I do.

Hi this laziness means your muscle get overlapped by some fat material and due to this you get tired. So you should get fat bur by doing jogging in the morning and also take following remedies for this 1. Medohar guggul 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 3. Eat barley soup at he time of lunch and dinner.
